Question 2

How much is Pro and how do I pay?

Accepted Answer

25 dollars per year. 200 AI credits are added every period, and you can cancel anytime. There are no hidden costs.

Question 3

What happens when my AI credits run out?

Accepted Answer

In the dashboard under “Plan and credits” you can buy an extra credit pack (50 credits for 5 dollars). Credits never expire.

Question 4

Do allergen details cost extra?

Accepted Answer

No. 14 allergens and dietary labels are included in the free plan. Your guests should be able to see this information at any time.

Question 5

Can I translate the menu for international guests?

Accepted Answer

With Pro, you can translate your menu with AI into English, German, Russian and Arabic, and correct any text by hand.

Question 6

Do my guests need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Scanning the QR code with the phone camera is enough. No installation and no sign-up.

Question 7

Do I need to reprint the QR codes when I change the menu?

Accepted Answer

No. The QR code only contains the page address, not the menu content. You can update your menu anytime and printed QR codes stay valid.

Question 8

Can people find my menu on Google?

Accepted Answer

No. Menu pages are deliberately not indexed; only guests who scan the QR code on your table can see them.
