Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the QrConnector service (qrconnector.com) provided by Toprak Özkale (“we”). The service is aimed exclusively at businesses acting in the course of their commercial or self-employed activity (for example restaurants and cafés). By registering, you confirm that you act as a business.

2. Service, plans and conclusion of contract

QrConnector lets you create a digital menu, download QR codes for tables and show the menu to guests in their browser. The Basic plan is free. Pro is a paid annual subscription with additional features and AI credits; scope and price are shown on the pricing page.

The contract for the free plan is concluded when you register and confirm your email address. For Pro and AI credits, the contract is concluded when you place the order in the checkout.

3. Payment through Paddle (Merchant of Record)

Paid plans and credits are sold by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Prices, taxes, invoicing, payment, refunds and renewal of the subscription follow Paddle’s terms, which are shown at checkout. These terms govern the rights and duties of using the service; in case of conflict on payment and refunds, Paddle’s terms prevail.

4. Term, cancellation and data

• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time in the dashboard under “Subscription”. Pro stays available until the end of the paid period.
• If Pro ends through cancellation or failed payment, the account is treated like the Basic plan: your data is kept; only the oldest branch can be edited, other branches are locked, and their public menus stay visible within the Basic plan’s scope. If you subscribe again, the Pro data is available again.
• You can keep using unused AI credits; new packs are available only with Pro.
• You can delete your account in the dashboard at any time; the data is then deleted immediately (except for statutory retention duties).

5. User duties, content

You are responsible for the content of your menu and warrant that you hold the necessary rights to texts, photos and logos and do not infringe third-party rights or legal prohibitions. We may remove or block illegal content, in particular after a notice under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065; notices go to the contact point named in the Legal Notice.

6. Responsibility for allergens and prices

QrConnector is a tool. You, as the operator, are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of allergen, additive, price and quantity information and for complying with food and price regulations. An empty allergen field is shown as “not entered” and does not mean that a dish is free of allergens.

7. Artificial intelligence

Translations and image enhancements are produced with third-party AI services and may contain errors. You must check AI-generated content before publishing it and, where required by law (for example under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), label it as AI-generated. How your content is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted availability but do not owe a specific level. Maintenance and third-party outages can cause interruptions. Keep a current printed allergen list ready for guests without a smartphone or in case of an outage.

9. Liability

• We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee.
• For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual duties (duties whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
• Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
• The above rules also apply to our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

10. Changes, governing law, jurisdiction

We may change these terms with reasonable notice if the change is reasonable for you; you may then cancel. Turkish law applies to this contract; mandatory provisions applicable at the customer’s place of business that cannot be waived remain unaffected. Jurisdiction and the final choice of law will be legally reviewed before publication.
